Electrolysis is the only permanent method of hair removal and has been since it was first used in 1875. It may be used on any area of the body. Both men and women enjoy the feel of silky smooth skin which results from treatment.

Electrolysis is a safe, effective, and affordable process. The length of time needed to complete the process depends on the method that has been used to deal with the hair before seeking treatment. Hair that has been waxed and tweezed requires a longer treatment period.

I am always happy to answer questions. After an extensive consultation, a treatment plan is established for your satisfaction and excellent results are possible with adherence to it.

Having had a personal hair problem and many hours of electrolysis, I am sensitive to the pain and frustration of those who are currently bothered by excessive hair growth.

I have been practicing electrolysis since 1988. My practice is located in an old Victorian home in the lovely bayside city of Belfast, Maine. The setting is quiet and relaxed, and there are extensive perennial gardens for you to enjoy before or after your treatment.
